Seoul & Saint ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit seoulandsaint.com (the "Site") or purchase from us, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

This policy is issued in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

2.1 Information you give us

2.3 Payment information

We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking credentials. Payments are processed directly by our payment gateway partners, who handle that data under their own privacy policies and PCI-DSS obligations. We receive only a transaction reference, payment status, and the last four digits of the instrument where applicable.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We share personal data only as necessary, with:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the Site and stores order data
  • Payment gateways — to process your payment
  • Courier and logistics partners — to deliver your order (name, address, phone number)
  • Communication tools — email, SMS or WhatsApp providers used to send order updates and, with consent, marketing
  • Analytics providers — to understand Site usage in aggregate
  • Professional advisers and authorities — accountants, auditors, or law enforcement where legally required

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of these providers may process or store data outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, consistent with applicable law.

  • Withdraw consent — withdraw consent for processing based on consent, at any time
  • Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved
  • Nominate — nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity

10. Children's Data

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.

The Site may link to third-party websites and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read their policies before sharing data with them.
